Strikerz Classes/Holiday Club T & C's
1.1. Registration: All participants must complete a registration form prior to attending the club. Registration can be completed online via our Class for kids portal. Or via this link

1.2. Booking Confirmation: Booking is confirmed once the registration form is completed and payment is received. An email confirmation will be sent to the provided email address.
1.3. Age Restrictions: The club is open to children aged Year 1 and upwards.
2. Payment
2.1. Fees: The cost of the club is £20 per child per day.
2.2. Payment Methods: Payment can be made by Class for kids app using debit/credit card or Apple Pay alternative methods are also available.
2.3. Due Date: Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.
3. Cancellation and Refunds
3.1. Cancellation by Parent/Guardian: If you need to cancel your child’s place, please notify us as soon as possible we will offer you an alternative day/s or a place at another camp in the future.
3.2. Cancellation by Strikerz Football Academy: We reserve the right to cancel the club due to insufficient numbers or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
4. Attendance and Conduct
4.1. Arrival and Departure: Children should arrive no earlier than 9am and be collected no later than 3.30pm. Late pick-ups may incur a £5 for every 30 mins late additional fee.
4.2. Behaviour: Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and appropriate manner. We reserve the right to remove any child who displays unacceptable behaviour without a refund.
4.3. Dress Code: Children should wear appropriate sportswear and trainers and bring any necessary equipment, such as water bottles and sunscreen also a pack lunch & snacks are required.
5. Health and Safety
5.1. Medical Information: Parents/Guardians must provide accurate medical information and emergency contact details. Any medical conditions or allergies must be disclosed at the time of registration.
5.2. Injuries and Illness: In the event of an injury or illness, we will administer basic first aid and contact the emergency contact provided.
5.3. Safety Measures: We adhere to strict health and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of all participants.
6. Liability
6.1. Personal Property: Strikerz Football Academy Ltd is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
6.2. Injury: While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of the participants, Strikerz Football Academy Ltd is not liable for any injury sustained during the club activities.
7. Photography and Media
7.1. Consent: By registering, you consent to your child being photographed or filmed during the club. These images may be used for promotional purposes. If you do not wish your child to be photographed, please inform us in writing alternatively you can register this on our Class for kids app during registration.
8. Data Protection
8.1. Privacy: All personal information provided will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of running the club. We comply with data protection laws and will not share your information with third parties.
9. Amendments
9.1. Changes to Terms: Strikerz Football Academy Ltd reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to parents/guardians.
- Strikerz Football Academy Ltd or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the class.
- Strikerz Football Academy Ltd reserves the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.
- You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by keeping this up to date on our Class for kids parent app/site.
- You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use on our Class for kids parent app/site upon registration.
- Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority.
- You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.
- We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances.
- Payments will be returned should we cancel a class due to low numbers.
- If a class has to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances we will aim to offer an alternative class at a later date.
By registering your child for the Strikerz Sports/Socca Holiday Club, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
